In order to gain a legend point, you can either solo the mob, or be in a group. When in a group, a level 40 MUST make the kill, if a below lvl40 player or mob-tanker gets the last blow, no one in the group will recieve a Legend Point.

After reaching legend level 4, you must then kill either Boba Fett or Darth Vader to gain any more points. Yoda will NOT give legend points to those who are now legend level 4, but to only those of levels 1-3.
